Rester refinement

After getting some comments i found out that my pixel icon is tooo colourful , most of the icons is unclear and not sharp especially the web design .Addition of the background colour made the icon look worst because the focus lost.

i just reduce some colours and made the it looks slightly sharper .For the web design i have to redesign it D8.
hope it is better .
